Warranty Policy

Ctomed surgical instruments are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

• Reusable surgical instruments except listed below category 3 years
• Tungsten Carbide insert cutting, shearing, grinding and rasping edges Instruments 2 years
• Non-Tungsten Carbide insert cutting, shearing, grinding and rasping edges Instruments 1 year

Any ctomed surgical instrument that is determined to be defective will, at ctomed discretion, be repaired or replaced.Buyer shall assert apparent defects on products within 30 days after receipt of the products. The goods shall be considered as being approved after this period.

Normal wear and tear, instrument misuse including improper use, incorrect or negligent handling, excessive use or loads, or inadequate maintenance, or not used for their intended surgical purpose are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
